The Suriname Drydock and Shipbuilding Company S.A. (SDSM S.A.) is located in Suriname, South America. The SDSM S.A. was founded in February 1959 and has since then grown out to a well equipped shipyard with activities and experience in carrying out major shiprepairs and newbuildings of different type of vessels.

DAMEN Equipment, Project & System Engineering (EPSE)

DAMEN Services is a multidisciplinary service division of the Damen Shipyards organization and is occupied with the following activities:

• Delivery of spare parts
• Vessel heavy lift- and own keel delivery
• Maintenance execution and maintenance planning program
• Worldwide contracting of repairs, conversions and rebuild projects
• Training and instruction program
• On-site installations of ship’s systems and marine equipment

DAMEN Marine Components is a division of the Damen Shipyards organization and is occupied with the following activities:

• Design, selection and engineering of ship’s systems and top of the range marine equipment based on the specific clients’ requirements
• Worldwide delivery and installation of a wide range of professional heavy-duty marine equipment for Damen built boats and any other marine craft
• The supply of shipbuilding construction materials, such as: Marine steel and aluminum plates in various grades, profiles, pipes and tubes, flanges, panelling etc.
